THE PROBLEM
After speaking with a multitude of P. Terry’s customers, they all shared the same issue, long wait times. Lines to order are either down the street or out the door. This issue is especially frustrating for our many returning regulars.
THE SOLUTION
Our goal is to enhance the experience of every P. Terry’s customer, first timers and regulars. We plan to do this by creating a kiosk ordering system with features that cater to both.
